Warranty Forever Policy

CK Custom Security Consultants will repair, correct or replace any defect of any nature that may occur for a period of twelve months from the date of the issue of the Certificate of Completion. To this end, the CK Custom Security Consultants will arrive at the site before the end of the next working day after the fault is reported. (Or whatever Service Contract the customer requires). The defect will be corrected without undue delay. CK Custom Security Consultants will provide the employer with details of the repair. At each visit the CK Custom Technician will leave with the customer a form which states the reason for the call-out and the action taken to remedy the fault.

We offer several different types of services depending on the level of security you would like to have. CKSC has broken these levels of service into several packages to keep your ROI high:

Residential VaaS solutions for customers:

  • Entry Level service –$119.99/year per. 8 cameras- This level provides you the basic level of support from us, which means you only store your DVR data on-site only, where you may not have access to the internet. We will still come to your site in the event of an incident and aid you in downloading the incriminating data to a flash-drive. We will repair or replace any damaged equipment from the incident according to your purchased warranty after the first year you must purchase the annual warranty to not incur any cost for the repairs.
  • Technical On-line –$219.99/year per. 8 cameras- This level is the same as above, with on-line back-up data stored on our servers up to the purchased amount of server storage that you have purchased. This level guarantees you a response from us with-in 24 hours from the first notification that an incident has occurred. The only exception to this is a police response in which we will send a technician within several hours of receiving the initial call about the incident. CKCSC will aid the Police in downloading the pertinent data to a flash drive that we will provide. This is the lowest form of protection that you could have that we will follow and support all the way to the court case and provide CKCSC expert witness statements for the court.

Ultimate Protection

Commercial VaaS solutions for customers:

This level is the same as above, with on-line back-up data stored on our servers up to the purchased amount of server storage that you have purchased. This level guarantees you a response from us with-in 2 hours from the first notification that an incident has occurred. CKCSC will aid the Police in downloading the pertinent data to a flash drive that we will provide. This form of protection that you could have is that we will follow and support all the way to the court case and provide CKCSC expert witness statements for the court. Your equipment will be managed thru software in order to keep equipment from ever failing. We will do our best to support the system, replacing equipment on a maintenance schedule over time.

This is the software that comes on all of our DVR's and it is the same software that we use on our servers and any computer that is used for security purposes. The reason we use our own software is that it is not known around the world by criminals which gives us an edge in that dark world. Mainly it is easier and cheaper to keep you safe.
